DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION , admitted as ttorney. al District, ondent.

Motion by Michele M. Simms-Parris, inter alia, to vacate an opinion and order of this Court dated October 16, 2013. Separate motion by Ms. Simms-Parris to file a late reply in connection with that motion. Ms. Simms-Parris was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 12, 2001. By opinion and order dated October 16, 2013, this Court, inter alia, granted a motion by the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District to confirm a report of a Special Referee, granted the Grievance Committee's application to impose reciprocal discipline upon the respondent, and disbarred the respondent, effective immediately, based upon the discipline imposed upon her by the Supreme Court of the State New Jersey.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a late reply is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to vacate the Court's opinion and order dated October 16, 2013, is denied.
