Motion by the appellants for this Court to take judicial notice of the Rockland County Civil Service Rules and a manual prepared by the New York State Department of Civil Service entitled "Position Classification" on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 8, 2013. Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto and the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 1, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
