| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 30, 2013, and, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing portions of the underlying petition that were omitted from the record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 19, 2014, and the respondent must serve and file its brief as well as the supplemental record containing portions of the underlying petition that were omitted from the record on appeal on or before that date.
