Antoinette Black, as temporary administrator of the estate of Sergio Black, deceased, having moved to be substituted for Sergio Black as claimant in the appeals taken herein from an order and a judgment of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on February 20, 2013, and April 19, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Brian M. Dratch, Esq., dated February 12, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and Antoinette Black is substituted as claimant on these appeals.
