Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 12, 2013, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 9, 2014, which vacated a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated November 22, 2013.
