Arcadia Imaging, P.C. as Assignee of Emma Figueroa, Respondent, v Praetorian Insurance Company, Appellant.

Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 11, 2013. The order denied appellant's motion to consolidate this action with three other actions. By order entered December 18, 2013, the Civil Court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that appeal is dismissed (see Livny v Rotella, 305 AD2d 377 [2003]).
