ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 16, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 16, 2012, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Hiyung Kee Lee" and substituting therefor the name "Hyung Kee Lee."
