On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 11, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 20, 2013, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto."
