Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered February 17, 2012, and June 25, 2013, respectively, and two orders of the same court, both dated April 4, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 30, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
