Application by the respondents-appellants in Action No. 4 and the respondents-appellants in Action Nos. 1, 3, and 5 pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 10, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents-appellants time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until May 16, 2014, and the respondents-appellants' shall serve and file their answering briefs, including their points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), on or before that date.
