Motion by Keith Bierman for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 1, 2014, and to restrain Rosemarie Limoncelli from transferring, encumbering, or assigning the subject real property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
