Motion by the respondents to dismiss a proceeding pursuant to EDPL 207 on the ground that the petitioner had failed to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the petitioner's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 27, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' shall serve and file a brief on or before June 26, 2014, and the brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner shall serve and file a reply brief on or before July 7, 2014, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
