Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to compel the immediate production of certain transcripts on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 10, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the transcripts will be furnished to the appellant as soon as they are transcribed, and the motion is otherwise denied.
