Motion by the plaintiff for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 13, 2013, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered December 9, 2010. Cross motion by the defendants to impose sanctions upon the plaintiff and/or the plaintiff's counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
