Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue appeals by Hei Ting C. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 20, 2011, and January 4, 2012, respectively, and separate appeals by Wai C. from two orders of same court also dated December 20, 2011 and January 4, 2012, respectively, which were determined by opinion and order of this Court dated July 17, 2013, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
