Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated March 25, 2014, and to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the same court dated February 26, 2013, to stay all proceedings in the Family Court, Rockland County, concerning a petition dated March 18, 2014, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated February 26, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated March 25, 2014, is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order dated March 25, 2014, and to stay all proceedings in the Family Court, Rockland County, concerning the petition dated March 18, 2014, is denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated February 26, 2013, is granted, and the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
