| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by John T. Brennan for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Brennan was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 25, 1990, under the name John Thomas Brennan. By order of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department dated April 2, 2009, Mr. Brennan was suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law §§ 90(2) and 468-a.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department.
