Separate applications by the respondents Town of Ramapo and Town of Ramapo Town Board, and the respondent Scenic Development, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until June 27, 2014, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
