Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, two dated March 6, 2013, and one dated August 27, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 16, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
