Appeals by Rachel R. R.-J. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated July 29, 2013. Separate appeal by Obadiah J. from the order dated July 29, 2013, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-08135. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are consolidated and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant Obadiah J.'s time to perfect his appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on his appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and by serving and filing his brief on his appeal is enlarged until May 19, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
