DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered May 18, 2011, and an appeal, by permission, from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated May 8, 2012, and to be furnished with certain transcripts to aid in the preparation of the supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney on or before June 30, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with certain transcripts to aid in the preparation of the supplemental brief is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers setting forth the issues to be raised in connection with the transcripts.
