| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent, in effect, to stay enforcement of the equitable distribution provisions of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 24, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the equitable distribution provisions of the judgment are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before June 17, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before June 17, 2014, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent-appellant may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
