| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION l., |
Appeals by Damien Munoz and Red Top Management Transport, Inc., from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 18, 2013. By order to show cause dated March 3, 2014, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the order dated October 18, 2013, is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal had not been granted.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5701).
BALKIN, J.P., CHAMBERS, COHEN and DUFFY, JJ., concur.
