Motion by the plaintiffs to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 20, 2011, and March 21, 2013, and for a briefing schedule for the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the plaintiffs shall serve and file the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the plaintiffs' brief containing their points of argument on Appeal No. 1 on or before May 19, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the defendants shall serve and file their brief, containing their points of argument on Appeal No. 2 and their response to the plaintiffs' points of argument on Appeal No. 1 on or before June 19, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the plaintiffs shall serve and file their reply brief on or before July 21, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the defendants shall serve and file their reply brief on or before August 5, 2014.
