Appeal by Gerard Timoney from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 25, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 18, 2014, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation providing certain information on or before April 16, 2014. The appellant has not filed the affidavit or affirmation.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 18, 2014 (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
