On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 29, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 2, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "life services," and substituting therefor the words "life support services."
