Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved as counsel for the child Makeya H. on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated January 9, 2013, to assign new counsel to represent Makeya H., and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Scott A. Rosenberg, Legal Aid Society, Juvenile Rights Practice, 199 Water Street, 6th Floor, New York, New York 10038, is relieved as attorney for the child Makeya H., and is directed to turn over copies of all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child Makeya H. herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child Makeya H.:
