Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 30, 2013, June 7, 2002 (two orders), February 23, 2004, February 28, 2006, and September 6, 2007, respectively, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appeals were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 1, 2014.
