| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to be furnished with the transcript of the grand jury proceedings on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both rendered April 5, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before June 2, 2014, the District Attorney shall file a transcript of the grand jury minutes with the Clerk of this Court, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeals, and those minutes shall remain sealed upon delivery, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are consolidated, and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs.
