Motion by Carolyn M. Canzoneri for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated February 25, 2014, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted with respect to so much of the order under Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-02961 as referred stated portions of the respondent's motion for a hearing and is otherwise denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders is denied.
