Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 1, 2013, and the attorney for the children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief, Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Scott Otis, Esq., sworn to April 9, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Charles J. Greenberg, Esq., dated April 11, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before May 30, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
