Appeal by Debra McCarthy from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 14, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 14, 2014, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until April 14, 2014. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
