Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 16, 2013, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated November 18, 2013, to enlarge the time of the respondents-appellants to serve and file their brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 9, 2014, and the respondents-appellants' brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their brief on or before July 14, 2014.
