Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated June 6, 2013. The order, insofar as appealed from, directed appellant to give respondents access at a specified time to retrieve their personal property. Appellant states in his brief that he complied with the order.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot, as no exception to the mootness doctrine is present (see Matter of Hearst Corp. v Clyne, 50 NY2d 707, 714-715 [1987]).
