ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 14, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered March 14, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "appellant's brief" and "refer to," and substituting therefor the words "record" and "contain," respectively.
