| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Robert P. Guido, Special Counsel for Grievance Matters, who was appointed by decision and order on application of this Court dated November 7, 2013, as inventory attorney for the files of disbarred attorney, James T. Hytner, admitted as James Thomas Hytner, to authorize the destruction of files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory, that have been earmarked for destruction and for which his inventory responsibilities have been fully completed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that Robert P. Guido is authorized to destroy, by incineration or shredding, any files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory that have been earmarked for destruction and for which his responsibilities as inventory attorney have been fully completed.
