ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal by James E. Currie from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered November 28, 2011. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2013, the branch of the appellant's motion which was for leave to proceed pro se was granted to the extent that the appellant was granted leave to file a pro se supplemental brief. The appellant has not filed the pro se supplemental brief although afforded the opportunity to do so.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appellant is directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered vacating leave to file a pro se supplemental brief by vacating so much of the decision and order on motion dated March 27, 2013, as granted the branch of the appellant's motion which was for leave to proceed pro se to the extent that the appellant was granted leave to file a pro se supplemental brief, and denying that branch of the motion, by filing an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court on or before June 13, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court or her designee is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the appellant at his last known place of residence or, if he is imprisoned, at the institution in which he is confined, and upon the attorney who last appeared for him, and upon the District Attorney, by ordinary mail pursuant to CPL 470.60(2).
