Application by the respondents Laura Bisson, North Babylon Athletic Club, Inc., Suffolk County Police Athletic League, Inc., and North Babylon Lacrosse pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered May 21, 2013, and July 8, 2013, respectively, and two orders of the same court dated April 19, 2013, and May 16, 2013, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 30, 2014, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
