Separate motions by the appellant-respondent and the respondent-appellant on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 20, 2014, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 21, 2014, as conditioned a stay of certain proceedings in the above-entitled action upon the perfection of the appeal on or before April 21, 2014. Cross motion by the respondent to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 21, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "April 21, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "June 16, 2014"; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
