On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 31, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 28, 2011, and a judgment of the same Court entered October 13, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County," and by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "August 31, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "September 28, 2011."
