Application by Page P. Walker pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 29, 2012, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated October 16, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicant's time to serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until June 12, 2014, and the applicant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
