Petitioner-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 3, 2013, and April 11, 2014, and for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel on the appeal taken from the order entered April 11, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mary P. Davison, Esq., dated April 22, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation of the appeals is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Mary P. Davison, Esq., 61 North Main Street, Suite C, PO Box 652, Canandaigua, New York 14424, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Ontario County, provide Mary P. Davison, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based.
