Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered November 22, 2010, to strike the respondent's brief, to hold respondent in contempt, and to stay collection of the judgment pending a determination of the appeal or, in the alternative, for an enlargement of time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
It is noted that this court will not consider any matter that is dehors the settled reconstructed record (see Chimarios v Duhl, 152 AD2d 508 [1989]).
