Motion by the appellants Stanley Cohen, Patricia Schmidt, and Robert Sherman and separate motion by the appellants Five Towns College, John D. Quinn, Milton Hirshfield, Marion Fleming, Bruce Rensing, Phillip Smith, Frank Scalzo, and Joseph Castronovo to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 23, 2014, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
