DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his applications for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated October 11, 1988 (People v Walker, 143 AD2d 784), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 20, 1985, which were determined by decisions and orders dated June 20, 1994, and April 29, 1996, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
