Motion by Charles Grimes on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 8, 2013, and an appeal and a cross appeal from a decision of the same court entered December 18, 2013, inter alia, for leave to reargue his opposition to the appellant's motion to stay enforcement of the order entered October 8, 2013, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2014. The appeal from the decision was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
