DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 2, 2014. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 19, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix is denied with leave to renew upon perfection of the appeal, in the event that the appeal is not perfected upon the original record (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d]).
