| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue their opposition to the respondents' motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 28, 2013, as untimely taken, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2014. Separate motion by the appellants to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2014, on the ground that the Index No. contained on the order dated June 28, 2014, is inaccurate. Separate cross motions by the respondents to impose a sanction upon the appellants for making each motion, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee for opposing each motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions and the cross motions are denied.
