Separate appeals by Ryan S. B. and Alexcuis M. B. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 14, 2014, appeal by Ryan S. B. from an order of filiation of the same court also dated March 14, 2014, under Docket No. P-3470-13, and appeal by Alexcuis M. B. from an order of filiation of the same court also dated March 14, 2014, under Docket No. P-3474-13.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 5 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
