ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 14, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered April 19, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof Indictment No. "12133-10," and substituting therefor Indictment No. "2908-08."
